Background: To evaluate retention and patient satisfaction with bar-clip, ball socket kerator attachments in mandibular implant overdenture treatment. Materials Methods: A total of 15 subjects were enrolled. Complete evaluation was done. Edentulous received two implants the inter-foramina region mandible. They divided into 3 groups 5 each group.
